All above rates are subject to change without prior notice
Normal check in is 2pm and check out is 12noon.
If you require a late check out, we charge 50% of the room rate up to 6pm, after 6pm we charge the full room rate.

All confirmed bookings shall be guaranteed with your valid credit card details or money transfer by bank or online(PayPal)

Method of payment
Cash: IDR or USD(in accordance with bank regulation we are able accept only dollars no older than 2006,no folded,cramled or other damage,no marks or stamps)
Credit cards: Visa, Master card
A 3.0% credit card fee will be applied for all credit card payments
Personal cheques are note accepted
We will NOT charge your card before arrival, it is only used as a guarantee of you intend to stay with us.

Cancellation Booking
The basic cancellation policies when using our services are as below:
- One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 48 hours prior to the arrival date
- Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations less than 48 hoursbefore date of arrival
